She is survived by: her daughter Madison Perkins; her parents, Ernie Vankoughnett and Heather Vankoughnett (Pavey); her siblings, Colleen Vankoughnett, Melissa LaCroix and Kelly Humphries (Bruce); her nieces and nephews, Taylor (James), Rebecca, Chantelle (Trevor), Josh (Christina), Brooklyn, Logan and Carter; Gord Perkins (Stephanie), Liam and Robert. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
