With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shawn Forrest Southern (Saint-Thomas, Ontario), who passed away on January 5, 2026 at the age of 50. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his son James (Brooke); his grandchild Kane; his son Sam; his siblings, Chris Southern (Kim), Allison Southern (Belmiro Liberato) and Eric Southern; his mother Joyce Southern; Corey (Julia), Charlie, Adeline, Cassie, Josh, Ashley, Nathan, Natalie, Kyra, Isaac and Xavier. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
