She was predeceased by: her sibling Jamie; and her parents, Thomas MacDonald and Louise Gaudet. She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Smith; and her siblings, Skip (Gina), Michael, Phillip (Rhoda), Paul (Christine), Judy Tolman (James), Debbie Carruthers (Mike), Phylis Bonomi (late Leo) and Eva Deline (Steve). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to the Barrie Family Hospice of Elgin.
