He is survived by: his son Quinn O'Brien; his daughter-in-law Cassandra; his stepsons, Robert Shearon, Mike Shearon (Cindy), Nick Shearon (Jeanine), Rick Shearon (Trina Jensen) and Allen Meharg; his stepgrandchildren, Carley, Austin, Greyson, Rose, Lily, Reed and Everett; his siblings, Todd O'Brien (Lori) and Shelly Smith (Gordon Wolfe); his nephews, Lexi Reed (Greg), Delayna Smith (Tyler Eckert), Hudson Smith (Meghan Wild-Denys) and Bennett Smith (Emma Ducharme); his uncle Austin (Marilyn O'Brien); and his pets, Mia, Izzy, Oreo and Cheese.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a pet rescue of your choice. A donation jar will also be available at the service, with proceeds supporting several animal rescues that were close to Terry and Theresa's hearts.
