He was predeceased by: his sisters, Maxine Phillips (late Taylor), Clara Hales (late Al) and Norma Johnson (Jeff); and his parents, Russell Wereley and Muriel Wereley.

He is survived by: his sister Muriel Whitney (late Dave). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
