He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Jean (Boyer); and his parents, Florence E. Horn (Kochenderfer) and Harvey M. Horn. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Ann Horn (Reynolds); his stepchildren, Linda Kay Fischer (Parry Sound), Michael William Horn, Carrie Jean Horn-Norman and Tammy Lynn Horn; and his grandchildren, Marcus Horn, Meghan Helton (Horn), Mikaela Middlebrooks (Horn), Matthew Foote, Derian Norman, Benjamin and Tara Horn.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Knox Presbyterian Church (55 Hincks St, St Thomas, ON N5R3N9).
