He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Bates Harper and Patrick Kipping. He is survived by: his sister Dorcas Vine (Harold); his daughters, Tammy Falldien (Mark) and Cheryl Nicholl (Dennis); and his grandchildren, Tyler, Brittney Falldien, Cassandra and Kyle Nicholl. He is also survived by his niece, nephew and many cousins.
