He was predeceased by : his parents, Ranney Price and Iona Woodward; and his siblings, Sylvia Chapman, Alice Vanderworken, Betty McCormick and Donald Woodward.
He is survived by : his siblings, Carol Hall of St. Williams and Milton Woodward of Simcoe; and his sister-in-law Maggie Woodward of Simcoe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
