It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alda Ingibjorg MacKenzie (Sarnia, Ontario), who passed away on November 15, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gudrun Narfason (Runa) and Erlendur Narfason (Elli); her sister Emma; and her brothers-in-law, Jim, Joe, Paul and Tom.
She is survived by: her husband James Robertson Mackenzie (Jim); her children, Liz, Robin (Lisa), Edith (Pat) and Peggy (Jeff); her grandchildren, Terilyn, Cathleen, Nathan, Alex, Nicholas, Amelia, Olivia, Robert, Joey, Denise, Ian and Julia; her great grandchildren, Tiana, Terriefe, Tyson, Taliyah, Darius, Jamie and Emma; her siblings, Gertha, Oli (Marj), Dilla and Olan; her sister-in-law Jill Edgett; her daughter Maria Stanborough; and her close friends, Patti, Jean and Rosie. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
