He was predeceased by: his brother Aarne (Joan). He is survived by: his wife Norma; his children, Karen Kotanen Atack (Robert), Mark (Margaux), Anne McFadyen (George) and Stephen (Cristof); and his sister Anne Emblin (Clifford). He is also survived by his 3 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
