He was predeceased by: his spouse Betty Loreen Luckins (Armstrong); his parents, Alton and Phyllis; his sons, John and Albert (Sid); and his sisters, Marian, Carol and Margaret.
He is survived by: his child Cathy Luckins; his grandchildren, Shawna Beck (Danny Ray) and Kristin Luckins (Jamie Crossett); his great grandchildren, Ethan Beck, Carter and James Crossett; his sibling Phyllis Mason (Jim); and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy McCormick, Gary Armstrong (Cheryl), Ann Armstrong and Tom Tasker.
In lieu of flowers, sympathy may be expressed through donations to St. Joseph's Hospice.
