She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Kozak and Mary Kozak; and her siblings, John, Alex, Bill and Nellie.
She is survived by: her close friend Paula Evans (Clarence); her sister-in-law Dorothy Smith; her sister Paula; her husband Ross Jarvis; her children, Beth Sims (Tim), Robin Arnold (Jerry), Kara Jarvis (Dave), Kirstyn Fox and Scott Jarvis (Julie); her grandchildren, Vicki, Tara, Desiree, Courtney, Josh (Ashley), Jacob (Nicole), Georgia, Eamonn, Dallas and Jett; and her great grandchildren, Boen, Vance, Quinn, Isaac, Maverick and Bridget. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
