She is survived by: her children, Irene Simankowicz (Tony), Les Kapuscinski (Alice) and Richard Kapuscinski (Tracey); her grandchildren, Robert Kapuscinski (Lindsey), Laura Collaton (Matthew), Eric Simankowicz (Jessica), Ryan Kapuscinski (Marisa) and Matthew Kapuscinski; her great grandchildren, William, Elizabeth, Olivia, Isabel, Kasia and Antoni (A. J.); and her brother-in-law Chester Januskiewicz. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and cousins.
