He was predeceased by: his mother Kerry Lynn Sutherland; his grandparents, Jane Bidner, Garry Bidner and Velda Sutherland; and his uncle Bob Blair.

He is survived by: his father Allen Sutherland; his siblings, Kasey Sutherland and Danny Sutherland; his aunts, Jill Minielly and Sue Sutherland; his cousins, Jesse Minielly and Kelly Minielly; and his grandparents, Mac and Joanne Sutherland.
