He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Louise Armstrong (Scott); his parents, Edward and Ann; and his sister Vita Schantz (Sam). He is survived by: his children, Lezleigh Amodeo (Lucio) and Doug Armstrong (Kelly); and his grandchildren, Vincenzo (Katrina), Blake, Nicolas, Kayla, Matthew and MacKenzie.
Due to the current Covid-19 crisis and the current restrictions placed on funeral homes a celebration of Neil's life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers donations to St. Joseph's Hospice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
