He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Campbell and Lena Campbell; his parents-in-law, Meryl and Earl Banting; his sister-in-law Marion Bronson (late Brian); and his friends, Brian Voisey, Barb Dowswell, Larry Churchill and Tom Traichevich.

He is survived by: his significant other Norma (Banting); his daughter Stephanie Martin (Duane); his grandsons, Matthew and Jacob Martin; his siblings, Denise Taylor (late Gus McIntyre), Paul Campbell (Judy), Nancy McAuley (Larry) and Michael Campbell (Helen); his brother-in-law Ken Banting (Nancy); his close friends, Don Hutcheson (late Julie), Donna, Deborah, Bill, Pat and Ross Willoughby; his friends, Jim, Deanna Edgar, Faye, Betty, Bert and Linda Shannon; his significant other's daughter Stephanie; and also, Matthew and Jacob. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to the Covid-19 crisis and the current restrictions placed on funeral homes there will be no public services.

Charitable donations made in memory of Dave to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
