She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Rowe; her parents, Edward LeCapelain and Alice LeCapelain; her brothers, Neville LeCapelain and Glenn LeCapelain; and her nephew Ken LeCapelain.

She is survived by: her brother Laurence LeCapelain; her brother-in-law Doug Rowe (Carol Rowe); her sons, Keith Rowe (Ann Stover), Brian Deans-Rowe (Rebecca Deans-Rowe) and David Rowe (Shannon Barron-Rowe); and her grandchildren, Nicholas Rowe, Alexander Deans-Rowe, Claire Deans-Rowe, Alyse Seguin-Rowe and Isla Rowe. She is also survived by nine nephews and nieces, twenty-three great nephews and nieces, and many more great-great nephews and nieces.
