Deidra Louise Elizabeth Burling Obituary

It is with a very saddened heart that I announce, on behalf of her family, the passing of Deidra Louise Elizabeth Burling on Feb 4, 2021. She was born in Sarnia on Sept 25, 1988. She is survived by her daughter, Auctavia, father Rob (Lucy, Tristan, Hope), mother Roxanne (Brian) and brother Keith (Brittany, Cole), her foster Mom, Gail White (Meaghan) well as many friends and acquaintances. Deidra didn’t join my family through birth, rather she was brought and bound to us by love and she proudly told others that I was her foster Mom. For those who were blessed to see beyond the veneer she wore as protection, she was funny, bright and easy to converse with. She had an impish grin whenever she regaled someone with her tales of adventure. Deidra believed in love, family and hope. To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die, for the life of the one who has gone before us, lives in our memories forever. Love you for always, hug Meaghan for me.
