He was predeceased by: his parents, John Murray and Mary Murray; and his siblings, William, Edward, Paul Murray and Helen Mitchell.
He is survived by: his children, Dale Murray (Sonya), Jim Murray (Mayuree) and Lindsey Bartholomew (Brett); and his siblings, Dave Murray (Maureen) and Rose McPherson (Mark). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
