Doran was predeceased by: parents, Walter Culligan and Alice Culligan; and siblings, Walter Culligan, Kay (late Gene Cronin), Doug Culligan (late Helen), Cyril Culligan (Edna), Frances (late Marx Doucet), Joan Johnston, Edward Culligan, Genevieve (late Bernard Devereaux) and Maureen (late Carl Morrison).
Doran is survived by: brother Ken Culligan. Doran is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
