He is survived by: his wife Tammy Mitchell; his mother Barbara Bleackley (Hodges); his siblings, Scott Bailey (Elizabeth), Jim Bailey (Deb) and Julie Siemens (Dan); his stepsiblings, Chirstine Hawley, Tia Bleackley, Sparky Bleackley, Tammy Leckie-Alkerton (Chris) and Tina Leckie (Tim); and his nieces and nephews, Erin, Ian Bailey, Slater Bailey, Kiersten, Bryna and Jay-Cee Siemens.
