She was predeceased by: her significant other Bruce McKay; her parents, Russell Jay and Esther Johnston; and her brother Daniel. She is survived by: her children, Mike, Tammy, Karen, Keith, Gudrun, Sandra, Paulo, Larry and Toni; her grandchildren, Adam, Meaghan, Michael, Matthew Stephen, Shawn, Brittany, Brandon, Jason, Jeffery, Christine, Rachelle, Kevin, Kyle and Alyssa; and her sister Marion Whyard of Dryden.
