He is survived by: his sons, Billy Powell (Lori Hearn) and Arthur Powell (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Archer, Cyrus, Melissa, Connor and Colten; his siblings, Caroline Barnes, Kim Smith and Brenda Kolapine; his friends, Donna Lawrence, Glenda Lane, Sylvia Devingt, Erik Burgraaf and Norm Lamoureux; and his caregivers, Tina Maitland and Denise Gagne.
