He was predeceased by: his parents, Maureen Cummins and Sylvester Cummins. He is survived by: his brothers, Nicholas Cummins and Steven Cummins; his wife Bonnie Cummins (Kiehl-Madliger); his children, Debbie, Courtney and Sean Cummins; his stepdaughters, Christine Madliger (Chris) and Cheryl MacLachlan (Brent); and his grandchildren, Kale, Nico Cummins, Elliot and Diana Harris.
