He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Stewart and Dorothy Stewart; his sister Donna Stewart; and his brother-in-law Bill Deakin. He is survived by: his sister Gail Deakin of Okotoks Alberta; his nephew Christopher Deakin (Kerri Ann); his great-nephews, Carter and Albert Deakin of Toronto Ontario; his great-niece Ella of Okotoks Alberta; his brother Gary Stewart (Donna); his nephew Stephen Stewart; his niece Cheryl Hamaluk (Justin); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Willow, Freya and Remi; his children, Madison, Emily, Landyn, Maliyah and Kayden; Jason Marks and Prestyn.

Due to Covid19 restrictions, seating is limited to only 75 people.

Memorial gifts in Memory of Garth to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
