He is survived by: his wife Judith; his children, Chris Gillespie, Elizabeth Brooks (Damian), Joanne Dion (Alain), Thien An Gillespie and Tami Gillespie (Cody); his stepchildren, Richard Spicer (Melanie) and Chris Spicer; his grandchildren, Stuart, Natasha, Adam, Kaitlyn, Keira, Ava and Stella; and his brothers, Jim Gillespie and Mike Gillespie.
