He was predeceased by: his spouse Joan Cooper; and his parents, Milford Cooper and Edith Cooper. He is survived by: his child Sonya Cooper; and his siblings, Robert Cooper (Carol), Elizabeth Soden (Bud), Trisha Russell and Deborah Matheson (Dave). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
