He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam and Celina. He is survived by: his wife Terri; his sons, Bryan (Lisa), Keith and David (Amanda); his grandchildren, Brooklyn, Hunter, Kennedy, Lennon, Madden, Hadley and Lane; and his sister Joanne Hatfield (Melvin). He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
