He was predeceased by: his spouse Iolanda; his parents, Chiara DeCarolis and Leonardo DeCarolis; his siblings, Antonio DeCarolis, Eugenia DeCarolis, Itala Rondinelli, Aldo Rondinelli, Ovilio DeCarolis and Elisabetta DeCarolis; and his parents-in-law, Vittoria and Erminio Iacobelli.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Petrucci (Dino), Maria Ferrera (Rick) and Lenny DeCarolis (Tammy); his grandchildren, Julia Hodgins (Lee), Anthony, Michael Petrucci, Adam (Hayley), Daniel, Nicholas Ferrera, Giovanni, Nathan and Brandon DeCarolis; and his siblings-in-law, Romano Esposito, Maria Iacobelli (late Leonello), Anna DeCarolis (late Pasquale), Adelaide Greco (late Augusto), Onoria Iacobelli (late Onorio) and Linda Iacobelli (late Orlando).
