He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Lindsay and Elsie Gallopp; and his siblings, Herbert Lindsay and Elizabeth Cooper (Betty). He is survived by: his siblings, Donald (late Judy), Ronald (Christene Bayne) and Terry Lindsay; and his brother-in-law Jerry Cooper. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
