She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret and Ben. She is survived by: her children, Kelly, Rocco, Justin and Rhys (Shayla); her siblings, Ben (Debbie), Doug and Mark (Carla); her close friends, Deb and Jim Meredith; and her pets, Bitzy and Cassey. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial Donations in memory of Hannah may be made to the Salvation Army, Sarnia Humane Society, Inn of the Good Shepherd or Canadian Mental Health Association would be appreciated by the family.
