He was predeceased by: his parents, Hector Bechard and Orvala Bechard; and his brother Raymond. He is survived by: his children, Robert, Richard, Ronald and Marie; his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Jacob, Natalie and Andrew; his great grandchildren, Emily and Savannah; his siblings, Reginald, Orville, Yvette and Rose Marie; and his close friend Connie Breyer.
