He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mien, Fred, Hilly and Gini. He is survived by: his wife Martha (Gazendam); his sons, Roelof (Mary-Ellen) and Mark (Wilma); his grandchildren, Laura (Drew), Geoffrey (Ilana), Megan and Amy; and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Leah, Declan and Daniel.
