It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacqueline Rhea Lewis (Sarnia, Ontario), who passed away on May 14, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren McKay and Ona Perry; and her siblings-in-law, Sicily Chorostecki and John Chorostecki. She is survived by: her husband Gordon Lewis; her children, Scott Lewis (Laura) of Bolingbrook, IL, Michele (Shelley) and Jones (Peter) of Summerville, SC.; her grandsons, James Robertson (Jessica), Bradley Robertson (Casey), Eric Robertson and Andrew Robertson; her great grandchildren, Colin, Gemma Robertson, Gavin Robertson, Elizabeth and Thomas Robertson; her siblings, William (Bud) and McKay (Shirley) of Margate, FL.; and her nephews, Jim, Joe, Jay and Jason Chorostecki.

Sympathies may be expressed through memorial donations to the Dialysis Unit at Bluewater Health in Sarnia, the Kidney Foundation of Canada, or Grace United Church.
