He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Grondin and Elise Grondin; his son Michel; his brother Gilles; and his brothers-in-law, Léo Joncas and Raymond Joncas.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Marie Grondin; his children, Nicole Grondin-Hurak (Paul), Lise Anic (Nicola), Grove and Jacqueline Kilner (Glen); his grandchildren, Amanda, Michael, William, Ashleigh, Abigail and Brett; his great grandchildren, Piper, Cohen, Hugh and Emryn; his siblings, Gérard Grondin, Louise-Anne Landry, Ghislaine Goure (Bernard), Francine Drapeau, François Grondin, André Grondin (Kim), Jacinthe Desjardins (Ron), Yves Grondin (Peggy) and Denis Grondin; and his siblings-in-law, Léa Landry (Roland) of Balmoral, N. B, Armandine Gray (late Robert) of Balmoral, N. B and Fernande Joncas (late Ludger) of Balmoral, N. B. He is also survived by his numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and dear friends.
