He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Hamilton; and his brother-in-law Rob McKenney. He is survived by: his mother Winnie Hamilton; his son Dylan Hamilton (Fiona); his sisters, Deb McKenney and Ruth Root (Bill); his grandsons, Brantley Hamilton and Tucker Hamilton; his niece Michelle Burgess (Jamie); and his great-nieces, Amy Burgess and Taylor Burgess.
