He was predeceased by: his parents, Hans Nicolaisen and Mary Catherine Nicolaisen. He is survived by: his wife Terrie Ann Nicolaisen; his children, Justin (Jaymie), Jessica, Adam and Tim (Heather); Mark Nicolaisen, Terry Douglas (Jim) and Christine Walker (late Don Walker).
