He was predeceased by: his parents, Herm and Isobel (Hay). He is survived by: his children, Jim (Linda) and Xena (Jay); and his brother Randy. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
The attention and care of all who supported Ian, including his Doctors, PSWs, nurses, the Parkinson Society, and individuals like Ryan Cann who helped the family navigate this difficult road. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, those wishing to honour Ian's life can contribute to the Parkinson's Walk, which Ian and his family participated in each year in September.
