It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Jans (Sarnia, Ontario), who passed away on October 27, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jean Jans to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Cornelius "Casey" Jans; her parents, Johannes Soonius and Cornelia Soonius; and her siblings, Peter, Jan, Loek Soonius, Lien, Wil and Reit.

She is survived by: her children, Debbie Matchett (Dave) and Sandy Douglas (Tom); her grandchildren, Amelia, Shaun Matchett, Jordan, Sarah Douglas, Kye and Aaliyah; and her siblings, Corrie Soonius, Bep Van Den Bosch and Joke Eikel.
