With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jean Lillian Ransley (Sarnia, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 29, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James Earnest Ransley; her parents, James Robb and Sarah Robb; and her siblings, Bill Robb, Margaret Keys, Mary Koskie, Walter Robb and John Robb.
She is survived by: her children, Jamie (Lil), Karen Lalonde (Rich) and Ruth Grant (Ed); her grandchildren, Jamie Jr., Justin (Fuyo), Tyson Ransley (Tracy), Stacey Maola (Dave), Ryan Lalonde (Lindsay), Jordan Grant (Emma) and Spencer Grant (Ricki); and her great grandchildren, Jackson, Dylan, Ryan, Emico, Samuel, Leah, Emeric, Elijah, Wyatt, Whitney, Trey, Teagan, Theo and Natalie.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Calendrier D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre Ltd. (102 Victoria St N, Sarnia, ON N7T5W9). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation (102 Victoria St N, Sarnia, ON N7T5W9).
