It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Pool (Sarnia, Ontario), who passed away on July 24, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Mindert; her children, Ann Van Veller (Cory), Greta, Cooke, Clarence Pool (Alaine) and Patricia De Jong (Gerald); and her grandchildren, Christopher Van Veller (Jackie) and Amy (Mike).
