It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jeff Chalmers (Sarnia, Ontario), who passed away on January 20, 2019, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his close friend Shirley Hamlyn; his children, Glenn and Marylyn; his significant other Beau; his parents, Susan Bailey and Bryon Chalmers; and his siblings, Mary Chalmers, Kathy Chalmers, Stephen Fisher and Paul Fisher. He was also cherished by his many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
