He is survived by: his children, Jody, Paul and Angela; his close friend Naomi Deem; his siblings, Ronald Choptovy (Cindy), Lynda DeFrain (Norman), Rick Hastings and Nancy McAfee (Daniel); his aunt Donna; his uncle Bill; and his cousin Judy.
