He was predeceased by: his daughter Michele Clevett; and his siblings, Shirley Charon and Robert Cook. He is survived by: his wife Bette Cook (Soper); his daughter Lynn Cook; his son-in-law Dean Clevett; his sister-in-law Gloria Aiken (Bill); and his grandchildren, Becky Cook and Jamie Courtis.
