He was predeceased by: his stepfather Alex LaChance; and his siblings, Marilyn Wylupek, Janet Dalpe, Helen Chene and Geraldine Evans.
He is survived by: his wife Frances; his grandchildren, Lori Thomas (Mark), Lisa Swanson, Katie Thornhill (Brad), Joshua Carver, Maggie Bazdarick, Stacey O'Lila-LaChance (Brent Long), Michel LaChance of Christopher LaChance, Nicole LaChance, Krystyna LaChance, Kayla LaChance, Jessica LaChance and Jayme Mae LaChance; and his siblings, Thomas LaChance and Diane Lussier (Gary). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
