It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Hughie MacDonald (Sarnia, Ontario), who passed away on October 11, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Joseph MacDonald and Mary Ann MacDonald of Morar; his siblings, Anna, Florence, Donald, Laughlin, Blaise, Steven, James, Frances and William; and his granddaughter Danielle Drouillard Mezzatesta.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mike MacDonald (Helen), Kaye MacLean (Doug) and Sally Massel (Tom); his sisters-in-law, Carol MacDonald, Cathie MacDonald, Jeanne MacDonald and Sue MacDonald; his children, Brenda Drouillard (Glen), Terry Clarke (Randy), John MacDonald (Theresa), Jackie Lacey (Doug) and Dianna Donkers (James); and also, Iain, Elliot and Isaac.
Due to the restrictions of Covid19, a private family Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Church with interment at Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery.
