He was predeceased by: his son Allan; his brother Harold; his sister-in-law Monica; his sister Marianne Traynor; his brothers-in-law, Percy Traynor and Ray Perkins; and his parents, Harold McLellan and Florence McLellan (Clark).

He is survived by: his spouse Jacqueline "Jackie" McLellan; his child Dara Sinclair (Neil) of Sarnia; his child-in-law Cheryl McLellan (New Brunswick); and his grandchildren, Kalyn (Jonathan), Seana (Jason), Brampton, Nathan, Makyle, Drae, Drew (Jacci), Horseshoe Valley and Krista Port Huron (Thomas).

In lieu of flowers sympathy may be expressed through memorial donations to St. Joseph's Church RMR Fund or to St. Joseph's Hospice, Sarnia.
