He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Hayne Edward and Ethel Mae; and his sister Mary Lee Berwick. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Alison; his daughters, Alison, Jane and Mimi (Mark); and his grandchildren, Ossie and Kaedy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
