He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Dolly; his children, Allan Phibbs (Tracy), Michael Phibbs (Laura) and Maureen Kelly (Mark Pearson); and his grandchildren, Casey (Danae), Christa (Jeremy), Andrew (Emma), Kyle, Alyssa (Daniel) and Kaitlyn.
