She was predeceased by: her husband William George Stavely Gilbert; her parents, Rev. Vernon G and Hazel Thompson; and her sister Linda May Thompson. She is survived by: her sister Deborah Marie LaCarte. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and by many extended family.
Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society, Canadian Cancer Society or the Sarnia and District Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
